      the benefits of the job are paid for by the company. The employees only have to pay for vision and dental out of pocket.

      Cons

      The company does not always hold employees accountable for testing and attendance. Some of the management is favorable to certain employees based on personal relationships.

      Healthcare for employees, discount on services

      Cons

      Seems like a good old boys club. If you aren't from around the area you have to work three times as much to prove yourself. Upper management was great...the others...not so much.
