Pros

Coworkers are amazing, staff has each others backs, you get to meet a lot of amazing people.

Cons

Management, management, management. This company promotes favortism. I switched jobs frequently and was shuffled between departments- I worked there for 3 years with my last job title being Quality Assurance. The company did little for their employees. I worked overtime often and never felt appreciated or thanked for work completed. I believe I was treated better then other employees simply because I was female and thats not saying much. I finally had enough in 2016 and left. Benefits were terrible and not affordable. I also never received a bonus. I had to delete and repost my review as their HR dept. stated I could be held "libel" if my information was not correct. So although I worked there for 3 years (2012-early 2016) I was not in QA the entire time. On my original review HR responded and appeared very defensive and while I appreciate that they provided me with an email address to reach out to them Glassdoor is supposed to be an anon forum and verbalizing my complaints to an unknown individual doesnt seem productive at this point and does make up for the treatment I received while working there for 3 years.

Pros

Some of the people are fun to work with.

Cons

They pile more and more expectations onto a single role. Everyone is burnt out, unable to meet their expectations all while having more added to their day - day. Everything requires a workaround. CRM does not function properly, emails get lost. They have no clear policies. Policies they have in place get thrown out on a day to day basis. This creates a grey areas on how to conduct on a day to day basis all while combating more and more expectations. They ask employees to handle work that require professional licenses without holding that license ( electrical). Poor benefit packages, no employee incentives. Bonus structure is based off profitability while management does not share reports of on target /off target. Very poor PTO allowance. Lack of standardization or processes. Wicked weird urgency culture that prevents the ability to really address underlining issues.
