Good team dynamics with a strong sense of community. On my 2nd interview, my manager had most of the team present, so we could mutually learn about each other. 1/3rd way the interview, my manager left the room for 10 minutes, instructing the team to answer freely any questions I might have. I was extremely impressed by their being so open, and I was not disappointed when I eventually started working there. They impressed me as a solidly run company, that maintained good human relations.
