Good compensations, bad management and environment - Engineer Hammond Power Solutions Employee Review

Carreer growth is very poor. Quality and process control is inexistent. Management is only concerned about shipping the product no matter what (or how) and deal with any problems or complaints later. Operations (floor and office) are extremely inefficient, there is a lot of rework to correct earlier mistakes, due to lack of planning. Half of the workforce is always idle at any given time, which makes evident the plant is overstaffed. All the previous result in mixed signals from management and promotes a hostile environment among all staff.
