Stability and great colleagues Hilton is world wide and potential to move to other properties and opening of new hotels to give you more opportunities to excel in your job and move up the career ladder, training plays a big part with Hilton and their health and safety is by far the best in the industry
Cons
Not enough money to carry out repairs I found budgets are low and this is where the challenge is, as an engineer you are tested and tasked to keep the hotel running no matter how hard it becomes
