Change in management needed - Computer Operator II Hampton Inn by Hilton Employee Review

Poor training, management should be looked into and possibly let go due to health issues and not being able to fulfill their job requirements. Employees being taken advantage of. No rotation of working on holidays, management shows favoritism, too many relatives working together. Lack of communication amongst management to employees, needs more staff to cover shifts if needed
