There is favoritism with the GM. GM treats people who are not white men harshly. The pay is too low for what we deal with. Our hotel is very old and the company that owns it refuses to update it. We have failed all except one month due to the conditional of the hotel. Ambridge Hospitality (our management company) also is impossible to reach. They truly don't care about us.
