Pros
honestly, it used to be great before our old manager passed. he would show he cared about his workers, giving breaks when needed, buying us lunch, and just always spreading a great energy. I do like working night audit, or at least I did, because it's a very simple job and it leaves you with plenty of time to do schoolwork or read or be productive in your own life.
Cons
upon new management, the pay isn't as fair, people are getting fired so they don't have to pay for the labor, and front desk is having to complete additional tasks outside of our paygrade or normal required tasks to make up for it. they heavily restrict when you can clock in or out, and the acting manager when the GM is out will talk about you behind your back. Additionally, if you're sick and nobody can cover you, they will still try to force you to work it. I used to like working here, but it's not great now. I'm not sure if this is just my location (northern Ohio), but things have changed, and it has ABSOLUTELY been for the worst. almost everyone I've talked to at work, even people outside of front desk, agree that the environment is no longer in favor of the workers,
