Great people for most part but does not promote women - Anonymous employee Hampton Lumber Employee Review

They don't promote women and lie and tell you if you work hard someday you'll get a promotion and then when it comes time for a promotion they hire some new 20 something male that the women have to train. Lots of drama and constant gossiping about who wears what and judgmental groups and management seems to feed it. Low wages for work and they are not good about evaluating salaries.
