Really enjoy the people who I work for and with. Good senses of humor and core values are strong. Sense of family and safety first are consistent. Values contributions made and ideas shared by employees. Open door to senior management.

While not perfect, company takes measures to improve when management knows of issues or situations that warrant attention.

There is no better company. Top to bottom, it's a great place to work. I feel blessed to be there.
