      Office location is a bit isolated. Max line is nearby by not near enough to be a viable option.

      There is no better company. Top to bottom, it's a great place to work. I feel blessed to be there.

      No real cons with the company. The industry is cyclical, so that can be negative when the macro economy is not great.
