      Pros

      Being able to learn new things at Hampton and having the opportunity to advance. Employees and Leadership are very upbeat and have great positive attitude. When I had to move away for family reasons - the team at Hampton helped me and provided so much support.

      Pros

      There is no better company. Top to bottom, it's a great place to work. I feel blessed to be there.

      No real cons with the company. The industry is cyclical, so that can be negative when the macro economy is not great.
