      Can be fairly labor intensive, depending on your job. Could use another cost of living increase to wages across the board (as of 1st quarter 2022)

      There is no better company. Top to bottom, it's a great place to work. I feel blessed to be there.

      No real cons with the company. The industry is cyclical, so that can be negative when the macro economy is not great.
