Traders on the other hand are misogynistic and condescending. If they really want to hire younger people into this company they are going to have to change. Not only do they treat women like crap but they will not promote you unless you are a young male. This is the 21st century, get with it. I once heard a senior trader say, 'If my job was any easier, a woman could do it.' he was slightly reprimanded for it, only because someone complained. Now he just says, 'if my job was any easier, my grandson (who is 2 yrs old) could do it'.
