      Pros

      If you are in the right department with a great director, it can be a decent place to work

      Cons

      Students are allowed to treat employees like indentured servants. No IT strategy or growth. A student can curse at an employee and HR will just dismiss it like it was another day at work. The pay is well below standard

      Great supervisor, family oriented department and fantastic students to work with.

      The pay is the farthest thing from competitive and there’s no perks to compensate for it.
