      Very close knit working environment.

      Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Use of a lot of old habits. Don't really like ideas from the younger generation on improving work practices.

      Great supervisor, family oriented department and fantastic students to work with.

      The pay is the farthest thing from competitive and there’s no perks to compensate for it.
