Great University, Poor Compensation - Assistant Director Hampton University Employee Review

For the long hours, and going the "extra mile" in my position, I am not compensated well enough for the job that I do. If I were not an alumnus with a vested interest in the university, I would have quit a long time ago. Its sad that I could leave here and make $10,000 more instantly doing the same job at another university. No telework options available.
