Pros
before Hansons, I had no idea what I was doing with my life.I had no idea how to make more than $14 an hour without any education. I took an interview and got the job based on my personality and my willingness to work and do what it takes to "get it done". I never thought I would be so happy with a company. Brian is a fantastic owner, and all of my bosses want nothing more than for me to be successful. I would not leave this company for anyone. The potential for growth is definitely here, you just have to work for it and show everybody how bad you want it. I went from making $14 an hour to between $1000 and $3000 per week doing sales and giving homeowners the last windows and the last Roof they will ever need. helping people with their home improvement, picking out colors, making it affordable, using before and after pictures on people's jobs, all these things end up being more fun in the long run than making all this money believe it or not.
Cons
the only con is that the people who aren't cut out for sales, sometimes try to bring everybody down with their negative attitude because they are not succeeding. the new hiring manager Jason Howland is amazing at picking people for this job that he knows will make it. If you come in for an interview and he hires you, you will literally make more money than you thought possible. if you come in here and kick butt, there is no reason you won't make between 60 and 140 thousand. not everybody is cut out for sales, but if you are good at talking to people, it's definitely worth a shot. This place could totally change your life like it did mine
