Pros

This company is very untruthful with there the company had great health insurance benefits, and that’s all.

Cons

This company is very untruthful with their employees. They lie to them Constantly saying they aren’t struggling with money, but cut everyone’s incentive bonus down by A LOT and use the excuse that the finance department made a mistake for 4 months and overpaid us all for months and they are now resolving the issue. They tell you that you can move forward in the company after 6 months and promise a raise after a year but neither promises were fulfilled. I’ve seen great team leads and managers get put back onto the phones with their entire bonus cut out completely and no money added to their check without a notice. They expect you to work every single day and give them all their attention but do nothing for you. They preach honesty but are the most dishonest people with their employees and customers.

Pros

Decent starting pay and some good teammates. The company is highly profitable and continues to grow. Opportunities to take on new responsibilities and expand your scope. Equity awards.

Cons

Over the course of several years, I have been given additional responsibilities multiple times without more compensation despite the company’s strong financial performance. While I’m happy to contribute, the pattern of increasing responsibility without recognition is a major demotivator, even to your most diligent employees. It's tiresome. It doesn't take much effort to make strong contributors feel seen and valued, and it's such a missed opportunity not to. The company frequently talks about culture and values, but there is infighting and rivalries between teams and individuals. That energy creates drama instead of collaboration and leads to repetitious mistakes. Good people — especially top performers — eventually leave because they can.
