Pros
Solid talent pool on entry-level analysts, but hard to keep them for more than 2 years.
Cons
Sr. Directors and VPs in a CYA (Cover Your Axx) mentality and it became a hostile place to work. The credit risk org leaders are incapable in leadership : lacking integrity, abusive criticism, micromanagement (without meaning guidance), and needing to be liked. The org culture and working environment is backstabbing and high school gossipy.
