Pros

Flexible schedules -oops nope they took those away. Even salaried employees have to basically clock in and out now. And heaven forbid you have a sick kid or doctors appointment... Free food - oops nope, that's unreliable now too Free coffee - ok that one's still pretty good Lots of people are quitting so there's TONS of room to move up, until you burn out and leave too...

Cons

SO MANY. Just, trust the reviews. Just don't, unless you know you just want to get a year of experience in your role under your belt and leave immediately, but be prepared to HATE your life for the first 6-8 months because you will not be trained, you will be subject to SO MUCH DRAMA, oh and probably some form of harassment.

Pros

A lot of free samples sent to me. The sales meetings were paid for by the company. I had great customers. I could start my day at my home office and hit the road by 9am. Most days I was back home by 4:30 pm.

Cons

Micromanaging from the local Director of Sales. The company likes to change the software on a whim and expect you to learn it with little training. Was told I had to learn 5 different apps that gave the same information and was difficult to manage. When I converted to commission included pay, I was told I didn't have a choice and lost approx. $1000 a month, even though I stepped up my selling. Then they took the $0.70/mile reimbursement away and put us on Motus, where I lost another $1200/month.
