Pros

- Hard work and innovation is rewarded. - Lots of growth & constant changes make for constant opportunities. - Some really excellent partners and managers across many departments.

Cons

- Lots of favoritism. Merit/competency is not the only way to get ahead. - Needs a lot work on DEI. Not recommended for anyone w/ a disability. Some women may not be comfortable here (though they’ve made HUGE improvements in this area). - Work/life balance is non-existent, and compensation does not make up for it. Almost always understaffed. - Growth highly exceeds the infrastructure needed to sustain it (ie. staffing, training, policies, organization, etc.).

Pros

A lot of free samples sent to me. The sales meetings were paid for by the company. I had great customers. I could start my day at my home office and hit the road by 9am. Most days I was back home by 4:30 pm.

Cons

Micromanaging from the local Director of Sales. The company likes to change the software on a whim and expect you to learn it with little training. Was told I had to learn 5 different apps that gave the same information and was difficult to manage. When I converted to commission included pay, I was told I didn't have a choice and lost approx. $1000 a month, even though I stepped up my selling. Then they took the $0.70/mile reimbursement away and put us on Motus, where I lost another $1200/month.
