      Good money for not really doing much

      Cons

      No long term investment. Good ole boys club. Its not what you know but who you know. No plan or commitment to improve just survive and cash grab while you can it feels like at all levels

      Management has changed. Store is in chaos. I've been there nearly 4 years and I'm very unhappy with some management.
