Pros

good company and benefits,pto starts day one and if you leave you get paid what you have earned. the usual pains of a growing company from outs to people being in positions who have no clue what they are doing

Cons

pay for everyone is well below national average for the same jobs in all positions. part timers come and go because there is a cap on the number of full time people you can have bottom line you loose good part timers because they can't get enough hours and you loose full timers because for what is expected of them they are grossly under compensated
