Pros

Decent Pay, Okay schedule, I guess

Cons

Low pay, Dangerous work environment, Managers can care less just as long as the work gets done. People who miss days constantly don't get punished as much as people who don't.

Harbor Freight Tools Response

We are so thankful for all you do day in and day out to make Harbor Freight Tools a great place to work and shop. Safety is everyone's responsibility and we hope that you and others in the distribution center will work together to make sure that everyone works and stays safe. I would also recommend that you share your safety concerns with your direct supervisor. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure to share with the appropriate team members. Keep up the great work and thank you and the team in Moreno Valley for all you do.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
