      Pros

      They offer good benefits,(medical, dental, 401K, paid vacation and holidays). Decent compensation. Casual work envirnoment. Flexible on work schedule.

      Cons

      No promotion from within. Extremely high turnover. No parking at Calabasas HQ. Occupied current location 2 years and already out of space--Poor planning. New concepts not followed thru. Procedures changed on whim. Poor communication. Poor HR dept. No job security.

      Management has changed. Store is in chaos. I've been there nearly 4 years and I'm very unhappy with some management.
