The main cons were the company loves to micromanage every detail and is very obsessed with procedure. Everything had to be done by the book, no exceptions. While the pay was better than other retailers I've worked for but felt I should have been paid more for the amount of work I've had to do. Work schedules were unpredictable and the amount of hours given was never consistent. Also overnights and early mornings. It was not uncommon to work 9-10pm and have to go back to work at 4am. Some stores are dirty and had pest problems (rodents roaches) . Also I felt there was a lack of communication with corporate and stores but it has improved. Stores should have to ability to order merchandise. Trucks contained a lot of merchandise that we didnt need but very little or none of the items we were out if and were in high demand from customers.
