      They have the longest interview process in any corporation I have ever seen.

      Cons

      From the key exec team down there is a horrible culture and poor leadership. No dedication to raising the bar or doing things ethically. DO NOT WORK HERE it is a very hostile work environment.

      Management has changed. Store is in chaos. I've been there nearly 4 years and I'm very unhappy with some management.
