Pros

Up to 300 hours of PTO you could cash out if you wanted extra money 40 hours of sick time a year Bonus every month paid Christmas and thanksgiving both holidays off

Cons

Depending on your District Manager is if they get someone external good luck getting promoted. They will hire all their friends from their old company and play around telling you what you wanna hear or talking bad about you behind your back when your numbers are always good and you work your butt off. Or say things like you’re not submissive enough to get promoted that’s my only bad say about it they advertise promote from within I’ve never seen it only associates move up to supervisor because that’s an SM decision and AM decision

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
