Pros

0 pros After working there I realise there isn't one pro I can honestly list .

Cons

A lot of cons . FAVORTISM ! !!!!!! management is only looking to make their bonuses . Makes promises that are broken and says a lot of "TRUST ME".. Be aware be very aware. !!! You have to be a back stabbing throw under the bus kind of person to work there . Don't you dare be nice because if you're a nice person they take advantage, say great things to you , but behind your back or when they think you're nowhere near and you hear them making fun of you . You have to be heartless to work here , it would be for the best because you will end up heartbroken in the end . I quit for all the Favoritism backstabbing heartless things done and being said .what a joke it was . Management lies to your face except one ASM but the other throws temper tantrums by beating on things breaking and throwing of store supplies . Yes it's that bad . Also found out that an employee was hired as the HPC but his sister happens to be the Head cashier hmmm ..??? Could of sworn I read somewhere that that was a no no . There is not to be a blood relation in 2 head potions . Gee wonder why that is ? How convenient ! !

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
