Pros

Top leaders listen, first time ever in my career where as a store manager, we get on calls where they ask for feedback and actually respond transparently. The leaders actually care about people and do what they say they are going to do. If you want to be compensated well and still enjoy your family, being a store manager with this company by far achieves those goals! Required to only work 45 hours as a salaried store manager and that is reality. If you’re working more than that, expect to be questioned around why. Company truly focuses on behaviors. First time I’ve ever been in a retail environment where the district manager actually cares about people and focuses on diversity and growth!

Cons

Only con I would say is that technology could be better however like I said with the pros, the leaders are listening and doing something about it.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
