Pros

First year seems to be the most enjoyable

Cons

After a year, very difficult to get raises. If succeeds in work, more work gets added with no additional compensation. Newer employees get hired on at a hire rate even with no experience yet they will not give you a raise to match the new starting pay

Pros

Interview and onboarding process was the smoothest I have experienced. HR and management are extremely communicative every step of the process! Fair pay and amazing benefits.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Overall, Harbor Group has a positive company culture with supportive coworkers and opportunities to learn and grow. The compensation is competitive, the benefits package is solid, and the paid time off is fair. One of the biggest advantages is the bonus structure, which is among the best in the multifamily industry and rewards strong performance. If you’re motivated and willing to work hard, there are opportunities to build your career and gain valuable experience.

Cons

While the bonus program has strong earning potential, it is heavily tied to delinquency metrics, many of which can be influenced by factors outside of an employee’s control. This can make it frustrating when bonus goals are missed despite putting in significant effort. The workload for on-site teams is also very demanding, and many employees may feel that the level of responsibility is not always reflected in their compensation. As a result, maintaining a healthy work-life balance can be challenging at times.
