Pros

Still Have a place to work after our property was bought out by harbor group. everyone is nice and friendly though

Cons

our transition after being bought by harbor group was not smooth, info such as logging in so i can just simply clock in and out was thrown at me, not direction or help. had to figure out everything on my own, no one from harbor was helpful every person I talked to only had 2 replies (ill have to check on that and get back to you) or (good question i dont know) and never heard anything back. zero help with on boarding had to figure out everything with the system they use on my own, even the work phone i was given was just thrown at me and was told nothing. every system and app that harbor uses i was given zero direction and just had to figure it out on my own! very displeased with how harbor handled our transition from the greatest management company world wide to themselves

Pros

Overall, Harbor Group has a positive company culture with supportive coworkers and opportunities to learn and grow. The compensation is competitive, the benefits package is solid, and the paid time off is fair. One of the biggest advantages is the bonus structure, which is among the best in the multifamily industry and rewards strong performance. If you’re motivated and willing to work hard, there are opportunities to build your career and gain valuable experience.

Cons

While the bonus program has strong earning potential, it is heavily tied to delinquency metrics, many of which can be influenced by factors outside of an employee’s control. This can make it frustrating when bonus goals are missed despite putting in significant effort. The workload for on-site teams is also very demanding, and many employees may feel that the level of responsibility is not always reflected in their compensation. As a result, maintaining a healthy work-life balance can be challenging at times.
