Pros

Very good insurance and 401k; decent vacation time allotment.

Cons

Upper management has the “speak” , but is inconsistent in actions. There are disparities among treatment of night shifts and day shift. Women tend to feel less heard and acknowledged; higher pay takes longer to achieve for same “positions “.

Harbour is a great place to work that allows you to be innovative and creative. There are plenty of growth opportunities especially with the current workforce starting to age out into retirement.

The company offers good benefits and has opportunities for growth if you are willing to put in the effort to meet the requirements.

Cons

There is not a lot of set structure with advancing in the company so advancement may have to take the form of trailblazing a newly formed role that is developed as you go.
