Toxic and Unstable *AVOID* - Technology HarbourVest Partners, LLC Employee Review

Harbourvest promotes a Hostile and outright TOXIC work environment! Managers verbally abuse / berate their employees regularly. You will not be treated with respect and you will quickly realize all of your peers are miserable. Harbourvest has a very old school atmosphere and their policies have not kept up with the times, do not expect any telecommuting or flex-time. Some members of the leadership team and HR are aware of these issues but there is too much infighting among the MD's preventing anything from actually changing.
