Pros

Flexible hybrid work schedule. 2.5 days average (per month) required for employees Manager and below. 3 days average for Director and above. Great benefits and compensation. They value their employees and will pay you what you deserve. Bonus season is always a success and what they tell you you will get during job offer is what you will get. There is no "bonus' may be low this year" bs. The new Headquarters is beautiful with amenities still to come. All the employee desks are against windows so everyone has a beautiful view of the city. New cafeteria is quite convenient, with a Barista attached that is much more affordable than coffee outside. Also the Gym feels like its an equinox and its free! Cant forget about the game room that just opened which features pool tables, a bar, and golf simulators (just a few amenities to note). Managers and higher ups dedicate time to you and your career. Monthly and quarterly check ins that feel like they actually matter. Ive had past experiences where the quarterly check ins were a waste of time. They don't waste time here.

Cons

Some people are worried of layoffs occurring around the Firm. Honestly, there are just some groups here with fat to trim. That isn't to say they aren't good at their jobs, but some groups have just been built out to be much bigger than required which has resulted in a few layoffs. But people are aware of which groups these are in the Firm, and its typically Senior Associates and below that are let go. Some groups may not feel super diverse, but they do put an emphasis on ESG and hitting those goals.

Pros

New hires receive a warm welcome and have many opportunities to socialize, network, and build relationships with colleagues across the organization.

Cons

Long-term contributions go unrecognized, and some IT team departments offer little to no work-life balance.
