Extreme Lack of Professionalism - Shift Leader/Manager Hardee's Employee Review

* Open Racism. During my first week the general manager went on an extremely biggoted tirade about my African American coworkers, including use of the N-word. * Extremely unsanitary. The building had a massive insect problem. The general manager was also using a power washer to hastily scrub the walls around food being actively prepared. * Lack of professionalism. At the time I was attending college classes, after giving my class schedule to the general manager she proceeded to schedule me to work ONLY during those times and days that I would be in class. Normally I would assume a mistake but given the situation I am forced to believe it was intentional.
