The people are great to work with. Everyone is willing to help you learn new things and answer questions, and help you grow in the construction industry. They will try and get you on the types of projects that you want to be on.

Cons

Long hours for sub par pay. Recently promoted and still am not making what the average person makes in my previous position. The company has been taking benefits/perks away from employees in the last few years despite making record profit and profit percentages.
