Pros

The cons are so bad,any real pro's are totally negated....... Average pay and at least they have minimal benefits for full timers...

Cons

I was not going to review this previous employer because they aren't worth the time -but when I saw a few great false reviews put in their by management team to deceive urgently needed new hires, I had to state the truth.Work-life balance terrible, management inept, no advancement, big corporation - just interested in lining the pockets of disinterested corporate executives. Sales force so desperate they will sign up any account even if they know the company will lose money. Tech support not proficient enough and not held accountable, field services overhelmed. If you are looking for a job or a potential customer - run don't walk away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros

Great company for techs who want to work 10 hours for 8 hours pay. The training for new techs isn't bad if you like 4 months in Omaha. Job Security is good because they can't find anyone to hire so they make up these great reviews. As long as you don't screw up royally, your job is secure.

Cons

Salary and benefits aren't that great for the workload you will be carrying in this area since they are always short staffed. Vacation time is good if you can get it scheduled when you want it. You will be mostly working on old printers and old PC's with some new stuff on occasion. Be prepared to spend lots of time on hold waiting for support to help you out. Don't bother making any suggestions to management to improve anything because they don't listen to their employees. Also, there is no opportunity for advancement unless you want to move to Nebraska.
