Pros
Steady work, some management is good enough depending on where your region. Company vehicle for service techs.
Cons
Layoffs every time we aquire another company. Our parent company is 100% profit driven. We loose benefits every time we merge with another company, we seem to get the least of either company's benefits. Healthcare is super expensive compared to other "career" companies. We are a small division of a huge company and get corporately attached to any division that needs our revenue. The only upward mobility is moving to omaha. Open positions in the field go months before hiring replacement people then rush guys thru training and expect miracles.
