decent pay for the job

Cons

Was told completely different job duties than I was explained in the interview process. I was hired to work on projects and it was a complete stretch of what "project meant", was mislead as to what the job would entail. Very hands off managers, did not support team memebers. Horrible treatment of contract employees; completely excluded from company events, told it's a "liability issue", weren't allowed to participate in volunteer events.
