fair pay paid parking still sorta cool to say you work at "Harley-Davidson" to those unknowing!!!
Cons
1.) brought in supervisors recently - which have no clue in manufacturing! 2.) keep cutting benefits/perks and taking away from work environment - establish crazy cuts that effect ONLY the worker bees... everything increase except for treatment of workers - even cafeteria food... 3.)no respect, no appreciation, only promises and "get back with you's..." that never occur. 4.) announce lay off and create 6 vice president positions immediately after 5.) during talk of budget and struggles - load with middle management that was never needed before 6.) enforce hostile work environments with no corrective action 7.) work OT to prepare for lay off - continuously 8.) even though plaque hangs on wall noting "truth" being first value of company - you will never hear such a word inside the doors! Mostly from salary. 9.) ever worked for the federal government - you'll do fine! hypocritical as hell and ever changing 10.) would only wish this on my ex-spouse! And then... might feel a little bad. 11.) discrimination alive and well!!! 12.) same day as surveys/sermons - guilty of what preached. typical to say one thing and do other - daily! AND FOR THOSE THINKING OF HIRING ON - ALL CASUALS NOW... DON'T QUIT YOUR DAY JOB. They recycle through casuals/temps to hire like candy. promise will be hired within 60 days... some waiting for year/s. then because can't keep w/o insurance will terminate on a dime to save $$$ no matter what your work ethics are. FOR THOSE OF YOU SLACKERS... it's a great place to work - you'll retire! FMLA king/queen - our doors are open!!!
