Pros

Great benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k match. Lots of outsiders think it's cool that you work there. Can check out company owned vehicles for personal use. Modern facility.

Cons

Projects take far too long to develop, and far too many get cancelled after significant development. This becomes quite frustrating since one's work will never see the light of day, and can never be discussed. Too much of an 'old boys club' at the top. Inefficient use of resources such as having far too many software packages. Quarterly reviews very inconsistent between different managers leading to unfair pay increases / bonuses / promotions. Restrictive internet policy. Luxury nature of products lead to vulnerability during hard times.

Pros

- Flexibility with schedule allowing for a good work/life balance - Great people to work with - Brand recognition

Cons

-Leadership is in a constant state change which also provides instability of the strategy. - New CEO brings "new" products and promises but if you look back over the past few 5 year strategic plans, very little changes. - Financially struggling to make a profit - Employees are not rewarded based on performance. IF there is a financial increase to base pay everyone gets the same amount. There are no merit increases. And they haven't paid out a bonus in a couple of years.
