Pros
Nice discount on motorcycles, some nice perks such as working at motorcycle events, decent annual bonus (but don't count on it because it is not certain). If you are fortunate enough to have a great manager, it can be a nice place to work. I saw some people treated very well and in good positions.
Cons
Expectations of employees can be unobtainable in some cases. I was rated Exceeds Expectations for many years and then, with a new manager, everything changed. The department that I worked in was managed poorly and stress among the employees was extremely high. The culture thrived on ambiguity and many people were miserable, including me. I chose retirement, only to find that receiving my retirement benefits has been nothing short of hours on the phone and following-up over and over with the company and outsourced agencies to try to receive what I have earned. It has been very frustrating to say the least, and overly burdensome and time consuming.
