Pros
Coworkers and hybrid work are only reason many haven’t left yet.
Cons
No salary adjustments in 3 years. They finally broke down and gave employees 2% this year. Employee compensation (base and bonus) significantly below market. Management does not care about employee compensation issues at all. Stay away at all cost or be stuck with same salary for at least 5 years or even making less after taking into account increased costs for benefits and actual inflation costs.
