Pros

Paid weekly. Clean conditions. The work is not very hard. No heavy lifting is allowed.

Cons

For a company that is over 100 years old you would think that they would be very organized but they are not. They are actually over managed. Because of this there can be a lot of wasted time. There can also be a lot of lost production because people don't get the correct training or the supervisor is to busy with paperwork to see that standards are met. This is particularly a problem in there paint dept. Buffers will reject parts that have small dust particles that they are supposed to polish out. These parts get sent back to the paint dept. for reprocessing wasting a lot of time and material. They try to make all the jobs there so that "anyone" can do them. This is good. However, some of the work takes skill that has to be learned through experience. Things are not always put part "A with B" and send it on. Not being full time and moved around some people never catch on.

Great Place to work, and learn about motorcycles

Cons

Promotion from Senior To Staff can take a while, but that's standard for most legacy OEMs

Pros

My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.

Cons

I have no cons to call out based on my experience in the interview process.
