Pros

Get to be around bikes all day. Workload is not overbearing. Climate controlled.

Cons

As a skilled tradesman coming into maintenance you will not be appreciated.... examples, *U won't see 1st shift because their union only observes shop seniority not Department seniority, so You will be hired and have to teach Harleys apprenticeship employees, and then when they finish they're sub-par apprenticeship, they will be senior to you and keep you on an off shift. *Wages are average. *no pension *only ok health insurance *union is corrupt and doesn't care about the majority of the maintenance dept. * poor culture and communication * harley doesn't pay their bills on time.

Pros

My hiring journey began with a seamless application process, followed immediately by an incredibly organized scheduling phase. The Harley team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to guess where I stood, as next steps were always laid out clearly. During the interview experience the entire Harley team panel was professional, welcoming, and were genuinely interested in my background, making the interview feel like a collaborative conversation. The transparency throughout the process gave me complete confidence when I ultimately accepted the job offer.

Cons

I have no cons to call out based on my experience in the interview process.
