Pros

There are simply no pros here.

Cons

Typical Indian contracting company out for a quick buck, and don't care about their people. Will do anything for a dollar. Not sure why government awards contracts to these type of companies. Will be happy to see these types of company booted out of the government contract space.

Thank you for your anonymous review. The fact that you say you are a current employee and choose to stay anonymous demonstrates your thinking. You did have the choice to come and talk to management about your concerns but clearly that was not done and frankly, reading the tone of your review, it is clear your intention is simply to lash out. Besides, your review is racist at best. Harmonia is not an "Indian" company. The entire ownership of the company are US citizens. And we hire people based on experience and proven performance not race, ethnicity, gender etc. Its unfortunate that you see it differently but that doesn't make your viewpoint true. Also, for your benefit and the benefit of other readers - the government awards us contracts because we have demonstrated performance and evidenced by our CPARs and awards. This includes having won the Tibbetts award from the Department of Defense (which by the way requires contractors to be US citizens) and the Contractor of the Year by the USDA, twice. I assume that since you were training your replacement when you wrote this "review", you are no longer with Harmonia. Best of luck with your future endeavors.

Pros

The CEO demonstrates authenticity and a sincere interest in employee growth. Note there was a change in CEO (Saboo is no longer acting CEO)

Cons

*The Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) consistently overrides employee authority and dictates decisions instead of collaborating. *Roles and responsibilities shift without discussion, creating confusion and frustration. *High performers' contributions are minimized or ignored by the CAO. *The CFO promised autonomy at hiring but did not uphold that trust. *Executive leadership communicates poorly and unprofessionally. *Chain of command is unclear, leaving employees caught between two sets of expectations. *Executive leadership does not know how to lead anyone. They were plastered with a nice title and comfy salary. Some communicate/dictate to their teams while others do not communicate at all. Worst team I've ever seen.
