6yWe do work hard to provide good benefits; however, being a smaller company, we aren't able to do it all. Thanks for recognizing that and for understanding that teamwork and collaboration go a long way toward creating a positive work environment. And yes- you recognize rightly that with management comes responsibility, and if you aspire to move into a management or leadership role, you will, in fact, be asked to spend less time "doing" and more time "managing". Luckily, management isn't required for leadership, and it sounds like you prefer to lead from within versus taking on a formal leadership role-- and that's okay with us too! All types are needed!
We would appreciate it if you would reach out to us directly regarding your concerns with specific management versus making anonymous reviews in a forum that doesn't allow for a fair response. We are always looking for ways to improve and grow, and your thoughtful and contextual feedback would be appreciated.
