Really appreciate you sharing how great our leadership is and all the things we do for our employees and our communities. Our employees, families, and communities are the most important things to us, and we know this has been a hard year for everyone, so we’re glad we’ve been able to make an impact, however small.
One of the biggest challenges with Glassdoor reviews is the one-sided perspective, and yet it wouldn’t be appropriate to use this forum to share the specifics that ultimately led to your departure. However, I do believe that most people who read these reviews understand that there are two sides to every story and won’t accept this post at face value. We are so lucky to have a team of fantastic managers who work hard every day to provide the best service they can to our federal government clients while encouraging and supporting the success and growth of their teams. While our employees are the heart and soul of our company, our mission is and always will be to provide the best resources we can to our clients. Unfortunately, sometimes this does mean making hard decisions, however much we wish we could avoid that. No one likes unhappy endings.
I do appreciate that you took the opportunity to share your concerns with HR prior to your departure, and I want to assure you again that we are committed to providing employees and management alike the opportunity to grow, develop, and improve their skills and capabilities.
